Each guest room has two double beds, a small refrigerator, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, large closet, AM/FM clock radio, 32" color TV with free HBO and in room DVD players, free local calls, and unlimited wireless internet access.

 

Important:

* There is no minimum night stay requirement to receive the negotiated rate.  Most classmates who opt to reserve a room will likely only do so for Saturday night.

* Our negotiated rate assumes we will reserve at least 10 rooms as a group.  If we do not, the rate increases by $13 to $178 plus tax.

* At the time that each reservation is made, the first night’s room and tax charges will be charged. This will guarantee the reservation.

 

In order to guarantee room availability it is recommended that classmates make their reservations at least 45 days prior to arrival. If for any reason plans change, classmates will have up until 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit.

 

Beachcomber does not charge any additional parking fees or any hidden resort fees.

 

There are also two heated pools, an on-site fitness center, an on-site guest laundry facility, complimentary coffee served daily in the lobby, and a complimentary newspaper.
